Internship IEFP | Strategy and Studies Area – Come and wear our shirt!

We are recruiting a new member for the Strategy and Studies Department, as part of a professional internship with IEFP.

Description of position
• Work in the Strategy and Studies Area at CONSULAI, with special focus on studies framed within the agro-food sector.
• Researching new trends in the agrifood sector, information sources and markets.
• Direct contact with clients and partners, national and international.
• Preparation and presentation of reports, using MS Office 365 tools.
• This position corresponds to a training opportunity, so you will have close monitoring by your area manager, as well as training for the different tools you will use.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the different business areas of CONSULAI.
• Collaborating in the preparation of crop operational accounts and supporting studies on agricultural options.
• Regularly contact clients and national and international partners.
• Prepare and execute presentations of studies or reports.
• Support the management of climatic, edaphic, geographic, economic and demographic information.
• Logistically support activities of the Studies and Strategy Area and/or CONSULAI.
• To perform duties at the CONSULAI office in Lisbon.

Key Skills
• Master’s degree in Agronomic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Agronomic technical knowledge and interest.
• Good understanding and speaking skills in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Mastery of Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong relational skills with colleagues and clients.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem solving skills with a genuine interest in helping the industry.
