The following types of action are eligible for support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Type 1: Creation of micro and small enterprises, corresponding to investment strategies in enterprises with less than 5 years of activity at the date of application submission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Type 2: Expansion or modernisation of micro and small enterprises with at least 5 years of activity at the date of application submission, namely through the increase of economic activity, integration into value chains and expansion of business networks or other projects for scale gains<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Appropriation\u00a0<\/strong>2.5 million euros<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Maximum Financing Rate:<\/strong>\u00a040%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Minimum Eligible Investment:<\/strong>\u00a0\u20ac40 million<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Maximum Eligible Investment:<\/strong>\u00a0300 million euros<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Geographical Area Covered:<\/strong>\u00a0Territory covered by the Oeste Intermunicipal Community (the location of the operation corresponds to the region where the beneficiary's establishment in which the investment is to be carried out is located)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Nature of Beneficiaries:\u00a0<\/strong>Micro and Small enterprises that, under Revision 4 of the Portuguese Classification of Economic Activities, regulated by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/diariodarepublica.pt\/dr\/detalhe\/decreto-lei\/9-2025-907097147\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Decree-Law No. 9\/2025 of 12 February<\/strong><\/a>, fall within the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Extractive industry (NACE Rev. 2 divisions 05 to 09)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manufacturing industry (NACE Rev. 2 divisions 10 to 33)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Eligible Costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs for construction, reconstruction or extension works<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs associated with the acquisition of machinery and equipment, including those objectively linked to their placement in the location where the operation takes place and to the creation of the conditions necessary for their full operation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs related to the acquisition of IT equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs for specific software required for the operation of machinery and\/or equipment (computer-based or otherwise)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs associated with the certification of products, processes or services, costs of design and registration of new brands<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs associated with the intervention of certified accountants or statutory auditors in validating expenditure for payment claims<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Costs of architectural projects (including interior design) and specialties, in the case of projects subject to licensing or prior communication, and provided they are essential to the implementation of the investment project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Indirect costs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Count on\u00a0<strong>CONSULT\u00a0<\/strong>to prepare your application for the Territorial-Based Incentives System \u2013 ITI CIM do Oeste \u2013 Industry!<\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":15169,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"programa":[156],"class_list":["post-15024","financiamento","type-financiamento","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","programa-centro-2030"],"acf":{"nome_da_medida":"Sistema de Incentivos de Base Territorial -
