Geographical Area Covered: Albergaria-a-Velha, Anadia, Estarreja, Murtosa, Oliveira do Bairro, Ovar and Vagos, the parishes of São Jacinto, Cacia, Oliveirinha and the parish unions of Eixo and Eirol and of Requeixo, Nª Senhora de Fátima and Nariz in the municipality of Aveiro, and the parishes of São Salvador and Gafanha do Carmo in the municipality of Ílhavo

Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy, as defined in points (e), (k) and (ee) of Article 5 of the Order No. 247/2025/1, of 30 May

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 250,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 250,000 euros or less – 50%

• Investments that contribute to improving environmental performance – 65%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Investments related to the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy in accordance with the relevant activities

  • Investment efficiency/size

• Investments in renewable energies

• Being a Producer Organisation, Recognised Multi-product Producer Group or Accredited Agricultural Cooperative  

• Investments aimed at obtaining quality certifications

• Investments that use or add value to by-products or waste in the production process

• Young rural entrepreneur statute
