A.1.2 | Co-operation and Peer Learning – Promotion of peer-to-peer learning, the dissemination of good practices and the transfer of knowledge between sector agents and rural areas, support for the establishment of collaborative innovation projects, and the development of information processing and dissemination activities aimed at producers and advisory technicians

Geographical Area Covered: Mainland Portugal

Appropriation 1.326 million euros of public expenditure

Nature of Beneficiaries: Entities referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Order No. 142/2025/1, of 31 March, in their current wording, identified below:

• Competence Centres, with an instrument of establishment approved by a member of the cabinet of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Sea by the opening date of this notice, or the management entities designated by them

Support Fees: 85%

• The limit for support per application is 51,000 euros

Operation Eligibility Criteria:

• Submit an action plan, lasting 24 months, specifying in particular:

  • Aims, activities and results to be achieved

  • Indicators and targets, in accordance with Annex I of this notice

  • Schedule of activities in terms of physical and financial execution

  • Marketing plan

• Integrate activities that fall within the types referred to in point 6 of this notice

• The planned activities must start after the application submission date

Eligible Expenses: Expenses arising from the implementation of the action plan, and its respective coordination, promotion and implementation, as well as its monitoring and evaluation:

• Staff costs

• Flat rate of 40% of direct personnel costs referred to in the previous point

• Operational responsiveness to AKIS objectives and national AKIS priorities

  • Contribution to the AKIS strategic objectives

  • Contribution to the priorities of the “national AKIS”

• Execution capability

• Quality of the action plan

  • Theme and context

  • General and specific objectives

  • Results and products

  • Target audience benefiting from the operation
