Geographical Area Covered: Concelhos de Aljezur, Lagoa, Monchique e Vila do Bispo, as freguesias da Luz, Odiáxere, Barão de São e Bensafrim do concelho de Lagos, as freguesias de Silves, Alcantarilha, Pêra, Algoz e Tunes do concelho de Silves e as freguesias de Alvor e Mexilhoeira Grande do concelho de Portimão

Appropriation 300 million euros

Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy, as defined in points (e), (k) and (ee) of Article 5 of the Order No. 247/2025/1, of 30 May

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 250,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 250,000 euros or less – 50%

• Investments that contribute to improving environmental performance – 60%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Rácio investimento total/postos de trabalho

  • Rácio investimento total/sustentabilidade

  • Operation maturity level

  • Volume de negócios

  • Produtos transformados de qualidade certificados e/ou associados à dieta Mediterrânica

• Investments in renewable energies

• Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice

• Investments that use or add value to by-products or waste in the production process
