Appropriation 330 mil euros de Despesa Pública

Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy, as defined in points (e), (k) and (ee) of Article 5 of the Order No. 247/2025/1, of 30 May

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 250,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 250,000 euros or less – 50%

• Investments that contribute to improving environmental performance – 60%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Criação de emprego no Território Douro Verde

  • Investimentos na transformação de produtos relevantes para o território

  • Valia do candidato(a): Atividade aberta há pelo menos 2 anos, num CAE previsto no Anexo III da Portaria n.º 247/2025/1, 30 de maio

  • Grau de Maturação do Projeto

  • O Pedido de Apoio configura a articulação com um circuito curto de escoamento local ou a adesão a sistemas reconhecidos como o Comércio Justo, Comércio Solidário e Sustentável ou Portugal Sou EU

• Investments in renewable energies

• Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice

• Investments aimed at obtaining quality certifications

• Creation of new jobs

• Investments that use or add value to by-products or waste in the production process

• Estatuto Jovem Empresário Rural
