C.4.3.1 – Creation of Producer Groups and Organizations – This typology aims to strengthen market orientation and increase the competitiveness of agricultural holdings, focusing on innovation, technology and digitalization, while also contributing to improving producers’ position in the value chain.

Geographical Area Covered: Mainland Portugal
Nature of Beneficiaries: Recognized producer organizations under the Decree No. 298/2019, of September 9, In its current wording, with the exception of organizations in the fruit and vegetable sector
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet the requirements defined in the applicable legislation and present an action plan with a duration between 3 and 5 years.
Support Fees: The grants are awarded in the form of a non-refundable subsidy, awarded annually, depending on the duration of the action plan, based on the Value of Commercialized Production (VPC), in the following terms, up to a limit of 100 thousand euros per year and per beneficiary:

1st year: 10%th grade of VPC

2nd year: 9%th grade of VPC

3rd year: 8%th grade of VPC

4th year: 7%th grade of VPC

5th grade: 6%th grade of VPC
