D.1.1.1.2 – Small Investments in the Bioeconomy and Circular Economy

Geographical Area Covered: Concelho de Armamar, Lamego, Moimenta da Beira, Penedono, São João da Pesqueira, Sernancelhe, Tabuaço e Tarouca

Appropriation 379.389,90 euros de Despesa Pública

Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy, as defined in points (e), (k) and (ee) of Article 5 of the Order No. 247/2025/1, of 30 May

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 250,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 250,000 euros or less – 50%

• Investments that contribute to improving environmental performance – 50%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Investment Size

  • Produtos Estratégicos para o Território

  • Operational Maturity

  • Domicílio Fiscal/Sede Social

• Investments in renewable energies

• Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice

• Creation of new jobs
