Geographical Area Covered: Municipalities of Alcácer do Sal, Grândola, Odemira, Santiago do Cacém and Sines
Appropriation €787,500 of Public Expenditure
Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons, provided they are SMEs, within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC
Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 300,000 euros
Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

Selection Criteria:

Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

To be the holder of a farm registered in the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS) at the date of submission of the application

Develop the operation on the agricultural holding, focusing on one of the sectors covered by the relevant NACE codes

Submit, by the application submission date, all legally required opinions and licences depending on the nature and location of the proposed investments.

To have a tax domicile in one of the municipalities covered by the intervention territory of the LAG ADL – Litoral Alentejano, proven by means of a tax domicile certificate

Present an eligible investment of up to 200,000 euros, determined during the application analysis

Renewable energy or efficient use of resources

Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice
