A AGRI.DOAR delivered to the project SOWING more than 33 thousand euros, the April 30, at the stand of CONSULT, In Ovibeja. The ceremony took place at 17:30 and was one of the highlights of the Alentejo agricultural fair.
The edition of 2024 Yes AGRI.DOAR It broke all records, with the involvement of more than 3 thousand participants and 60 industry partners. The SOWING, The project, a national reference in the socio-professional inclusion of people with disabilities or intellectual difficulties, was the winner of the vote.
What the donation allows you to do
The amount raised allows the SOWING create and maintain inclusive jobs, expand sustainable agricultural production, strengthen food distribution to institutions that support families in vulnerable situations, and invest in technology to increase its social and environmental impact.
A Earth, agricultural unit of SOWING, integrates a team in which 58% of the employees have disabilities or intellectual difficulties, which shows that agriculture can be a space of dignity, growth and equity.

In addition to the winning project, the three most voted-on institutions following it were also recognized by the campaign: SOWING:as SOS Children's Villages, a APCO and a Believe.
