CONSULT

The European Commission has recognised CONSULAI as a Key Innovator in the H2020 ClieNFarms project

CONSULAI KeyInnovator

A CONSULT she was distinguished by European Commission as a Key Innovator in the project Horizon 2020 ClieNFarms. The initiative helped to accelerate the transition to more sustainable and resilient agricultural systems across Europe.

Recognition arrives via the platform Innovation Radar, which identifies the innovations with the greatest potential developed in projects funded by the European Union.

The two recognised innovations

A CONSULT she was identified as a key entity in the development of two innovations. The first is Scaling Toolbox with proven instruments for incentivising carbon farming, with instruments to promote carbon farming practices. The second is the Micro-learning Content for Knowledge Transfer, with training modules that facilitate the transfer of knowledge to farmers.

Results that continue to have an effect

O ClieNFarms ended in December 2025, but the work carried out continues to generate impact and recognition at a European level. Both innovations are accessible on the public platform Innovation Radar, what is, in practice, a case of exploitation of results: what a project produces remains available and usable after the funding ends.

This is also the work that CONSULT develops in the European consortia in which it participates, by ensuring that the results reach those who can apply them on the ground.

What was the ClieNFarms

The project was funded by European Commission within the framework of European Green Deal and worked on the co-development and dissemination of systemic solutions adapted to the local context, with the aim of increasing the number of sustainable, climate-neutral and resilient farms across Europe. CONSULT joined the consortium and secured the project's connection with Portuguese farmers and organisations, having organised the first Creative Arenas in Portugal, dedicated to the olive sector.
