The project PRR DEMO.net It launched the DEMO.net network, which brings together organizations of producers, technicians and managers in the sector. The initiative creates a space for sharing and exchanging experiences among organizations in the horticultural sector and is open to the participation of new entities.
The project, funded by PRR, It was born from the need to strengthen the competitiveness and efficiency of producer organizations, allowing them to explore innovative solutions, improve internal processes, and add value to the producers they represent. It brings together 14 partners, with COTHN, a CONSULT, a FNOP and INIAV in the coordination core, to which ten others are added SMEs which represent a large part of the country's regions and the main sectors of the horticultural and fruit-growing industry.
Technical visits in the center of the network
The central point of the DEMO.net Network are the technical visits to the producer organizations, moments of sharing practices, discussion of real challenges, and exchange of ideas applicable to the day-to-day operations of the organizations.
These visits allow observing solutions implemented by other organizations, clarifying doubts directly with technicians and managers who face similar challenges, and returning with ideas to improve internal processes. They are also a source of work for those seeking the loyalty of producers, since the quality of the services provided by the organization is what keeps the member connected to it.
How to join
The next visit of the DEMO.net network is scheduled for December 12th and it is an opportunity to get up close to the dynamics of the network and to realize how small changes can have a real impact on the organization of production.
Organizations that wish to join the network and register for the visit can register using the form provided by the project.
