One of the tools being developed by the initiative is a Observatory B-RURAL, It is a practical and dynamic instrument that allows the real-time monitoring and tracking of economic, social and environmental indicators in the agricultural and forestry sectors, illustrating the evolution of these sectors in these three spheres.
This tool allows industry agents, journalists and other members of civil society to:
- Staying constantly updated, with connections to reliable data sources
- Fighting misinformation through factual and well-founded information
- Using the acquired knowledge to become communication agents or ambassadors of the sector
This is a living platform, which will be fed with indicators throughout the entire initiative, and which will increasingly allow the economic, social and environmental relevance of the sector to be justified.
