Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy, as defined in points (e), (k) and (ee) of Article 5 of the Order No. 247/2025/1, of 30 May

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 250,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 250,000 euros or less – 50%

• Investments that contribute to improving environmental performance – 50%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Valuation of the activity

  • Investment Amount

  • Operational maturity

  • Financial consolidation

• Investments in renewable energies

• Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice

• Investments that use or add value to by-products or waste in the production process

• 00001 – Bioeconomy – Support bioeconomy projects in economic and industrial sectors that use renewable biological resources from the land, such as agricultural crops, animals and micro-organisms, to produce food, materials or energy

• 00002 – Circular Economy – Support circular economy projects, whose production and consumption model is based on the reduction, reuse and recycling of materials and energy, in an integrated process, promoting the decoupling of economic growth from increased resource consumption

• 10110 – Processing and preservation of meat, except poultry

• 10120 – Processing and preservation of poultry meat

• 10130 – Production of meat products

• 10310 – Processing and preservation of potatoes

• 10320 – Manufacture of fruit and vegetable juices

• 10391 – Freezing of fruit and vegetables

• 10392 – Drying and dehydration of fruit and vegetables

• 10393 – Manufacture of sweets, jams, jellies and marmalade
