Geographical Area Covered: Municipalities of Almeirim, Alpiarça, Benavente, Chamusca, Coruche, Golegã and Salvaterra de Magos

Appropriation €716,745.45 of public expenditure

Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons, provided they are SMEs, within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 300,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and 300,000 euros or less – 50%

Selection Criteria:

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • To have headquarters in the LAG's intervention area

  • Education and qualifications

  • Projects with eligible investment of less than €150,000

  • Investments made within an agricultural holding

  • Company established for over 3 years (prior to 01/01/2023)

  • Operations that fall within the relevant NACE codes

• Renewable energy or efficient use of resources

• Internal Rate of Return equal to or greater than the European Central Bank’s refinancing rate (REFI) by at least 1.5%, as at the date of publication of the notice

• Investments aimed at obtaining quality certifications
