Nature of Beneficiaries:

• Singular persons

• Collective persons, provided that they are SMEs, in the case of entities of an entrepreneurial type;

• Associations formed under Articles 167 and following of the Civil Code, whose object of incorporation consists in local development

• Associations, regardless of their legal form, constituted by agricultural producers, including organizations of producers recognized under the provisions of the Law on Agricultural Producers. Decree No. 298/2019, of September 9, in its current wording, as well as groupings of producers producing multiple products recognized in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 123/2021, of June 18, as currently written

• Cooperatives in the agricultural, artisanal, commercial or consumer sectors

• Local authorities

Investment: Greater than 10,000 euros and less than 300,000 euros

Support FeesThe grants are awarded in the form of a non-repayable subsidy, according to the following levels and limits:

• More than 10,000 euros and less than or equal to 300,000 euros – 65%

• Contribution to the goals of the LDS (Local Development Strategy):

  • Nature of the Beneficiary

  • Nature of the Investment

  • Marketing plans, actions and promotional materials

• They contribute to the appreciation and promotion around the local market

• Renewable energy or efficient use of resources
