Geographical Area Covered: Parishes identified in the annex to Order No. 26/G/2026 of 23 January from the Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary (DGAV)
Nature of Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons engaged in agricultural activity, as well as non-profit legal persons whose corporate purpose includes the development of service activities related to agriculture
Budget Allocation 5 million euros
Eligible Investment: Investments aimed at the prevention of fire blight in pear crops, specifically through the carrying out of sanitary pruning
Support Fees: The aids are granted in the form of a non-refundable grant, based on unit costs of €591.55/ha, according to the following levels:

100% of eligible expenditure where this is 10,000 euros or less

50% of eligible expenditure where it exceeds 10,000 euros and is 400,000 euros or less
Selection Criteria: Applications are ranked using the Global Operation Value (VGO), taking into account the following criteria:

Plant Species (50%) – Investments relating to pear cultivation

Risk Management (30%) – The farm must have crop insurance in place for the financial year in which the application is submitted, or for the previous financial year

Territorial Criterion (20%) – Location of the investment in vulnerable or disadvantaged areas
Execution Conditions:

Start of operation until 15 October 2026

Completion of the operation by 31 January 2027
