E.4.1 – Support for the Transformation, Commercialization and Development of Agricultural Products – Among other things, eligible expenses include the construction and improvement of real estate, new machinery and equipment, specific means of transport, computer programs, patents, licenses, and specialized services associated with operation.

Geographical Area Covered: Autonomous Region of the Azores
Nature of Beneficiaries: Individual or collective persons who carry out activities of transformation and/or marketing of agricultural products, within the meaning of Article 5 of the Decree No. 93/2026 of 17 August 2026
Eligible Investment: Equal to or greater than 25 thousand euros and equal to or less than 2 million euros
Eligible Expenses:

Construction and improvement of real estate

Financial acquisition or lease, with the option of purchase, of new machinery and equipment

Acquisition of specific means for the collection, transport or distribution of agricultural products and finished products, under the defined conditions

Acquisition or updating of computer programs, patents and computer licenses, up to 15% of the eligible expenses related to real estate, machinery and equipment

General expenses for the preparation, monitoring and execution of the operation, up to 4% of the eligible expenses for real estate, machinery and equipment and up to a maximum amount of 15 thousand euros
