• Diagnosis of the current production situation, as well as an analysis of compliance with environmental requirements in the sectors covered by the study, namely beef cattle farming, poultry farming, viticulture, olive farming, slaughterhouses and cheese dairies
• Carry out a nutrient balance analysis at regional level, considering the quantities applied in each region and their agricultural use, as well as a market analysis of the type (organic and inorganic) and quantities of fertilising substances used per region
• Production of maps allowing the geographical analysis of the information
• Preparation of information for updating ENAPAI (National Strategy for Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Effluents)
