Launched in 2015, the overall objective of CDAIS is to make agricultural systems innovation more efficient and sustainable in responding to the needs of farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs and consumers, thus contributing to improving food security. CDAIS operates in eight pilot countries (internal link to “Focus countries”) located in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Capacity development interventions in these eight countries are tailored to their needs, integrating individual and organisational components and including policy dialogues.
