With the aim of updating and modernising the administrative processes and internal information management of ARBI, CONSULAI proposed to carry out a diagnostic study that provided the Association of Irrigators with a decision-making tool regarding the paths to adopt in its internal organisation and in its relationship with its members.

• Analysis and organisation of perimeter management (8,197.8 ha), and the preparation of a diagnostic survey of existing infrastructure and administrative processes
• Organisation of water pricing and definition of perimeter registration processes, presented with flowcharts
• Analysis of critical points and renewal of the improvement strategy to increase the size of the perimeter
• Presentation of suggestions for assessing crop occupation within the perimeter and control, alongside organisational improvement of the association managing the perimeter
Preparation of a report with an exhaustive and complete survey of residual biomass availability, per year, in the area of influence of Sines, including the information and respective sources used in the forecasts
