Within the scope of the Operational Groups, the GojiBerries project aimed to identify optimal production processes, compare the two main cultivars of *Lycium barbarum* under different production methods, and analyse the composition, quality and by-products of the goji plant crop.

CONSULAI developed the technical-economic feasibility study and crop distribution analysis, and worked on the strategic and technical framework for the adoption of the species and product as an emerging crop. It supported all project communication materials, as well as participation in events and sessions aimed at technicians, producers, national trade fairs, and connection to European sector and commercialisation forums.
