CONSULAI led the recognition process of “Alfarroba do Algarve” as a PGI, ensuring the application and compliance with legal requirements. It carried out benchmarking, data processing, product technical definition and liaison with official bodies. It structured the product specification book, identified producers and supported the choice of the certification body.
