As part of its mission, the IVV is responsible for implementing and monitoring the vineyard restructuring and conversion measure (VITIS Programme). To fulfil this function, and to cope with the obligations laid down in European regulations, the IVV has established standardised tables of unit costs, using a fair, equitable and verifiable calculation method. The work carried out consisted of defining reference tables based on visits to beneficiaries and the collection of quotations.

Meetings with beneficiaries in each region to gather historical information on investment values, particularly regarding contributions in kind.
