• The main objective of Dragon Fruit was to innovate in the production technologies of red pitaya (red pulp and white pulp)

CONSULAI was responsible for the development of the project's technical itinerary. It provided support in drafting and developing the product's marketing standards. CONSULAI worked within the strategic and technical scope of adopting the species and product as an emerging crop, and boosting their introduction into domestic and international markets.
