Under the SIAC programme, the Alentejo Olive Oil Sustainability Programme, led by OLIVUM with the University of Évora as a partner, has recognised and valued the environmental, social, economic and cultural performance present throughout the olive oil value chain, from olive production to packaged olive oil, ensuring its sustainability right through to the final consumer.

CONSULAI carried out the more operational tasks of this project. CONSULAI managed the entire communication side of the project, from social media to the website. In addition to digital support, the CONSULAI team supported the project leaders in organising events involving members of the project's pilot group (olive oil producers, olive growers, etc.).
