New Advisory Services Database of i2connect, a H2020 project

The i2connect project, supported by the Horizon 2020 programme, aims to optimize the competences of agricultural advisors and advisory technicians and their organizations, in order to involve and support farmers and foresters in interactive innovation processes. Innovation is a key factor in the continuous adaptation to the sometimes contradictory, challenges of agriculture in the 21st century. The i2connect project, in which CONSULAI is a partner, has created a network of interaction and contacts between European agricultural advisors and technicians, promoting a more competitive and sustainable Europe.

Thus, the Farm Advisory Database emerges as an EU-wide directory of professional agricultural advisory and consultancy organisations/technicians providing their services to actors in the agricultural, forestry and other related agro-food value chain, as well as to other related actors in rural areas.

With registration, you can:

Make yourself or your organisation visible within an EU-wide network of innovation advisors;
Your organisation’s profile or your professional profile will be widely shared within the European farm advisory community;
You can get an overview of the agricultural advisory landscape in your country;
You can be connected and develop synergies with other advisors and organisations;
Your experience can improve problem solving – taking into account the interaction with other experts;
You can interact with the project in the different activities planned;
You can use the Project Seal to identify yourself as part of the Farm Advisory Services Database at European level;
You will be able to develop your professional capacity, keep up to date with the latest advisory training, share “good practices”, make field visits and other similar opportunities, which will take place all over Europe.
